The promoter is: Paysho South Africa, Company Reg. No.: 2017/168675/07 , whose registered office is at 6 Donald Road, Vincent, East London, Eastern Cape, 5201.
The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over except employees of Paysho South Africa, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee to enter this competition, however, in order to stand a chance of winning, participants must complete a transaction using Paysho between the months of December 2018 and March 2019.
Particapents must provide valid contact information and agree to receive communications form Paysho South Africa.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By entering this competition, any participant acknowledges that they give Paysho and their promotional team, OPENFORM Studios, the right to use the contact information provided for future communications and marketing campaigns.
Closing date for entry into the competition will be the 28th February 2019. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Winners will be announced on Facebook so it is recommended that any entrant Like and Follow Paysho South Africa on Facebook.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition or by any employee of Paysho South Africa
The prizes are as follows, R500 cash for a registered buyer and R500 cash for a registered seller ( five hundred rands exactly.)
The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered.
The prize is not transferable.
To claim a prize, the selected winner must be in possession of a valid South African ID document, or driver’s license.
Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and then verified by the promoter and/or its agents [OPENFORM].
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided and If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification being sent, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when the prize has been sent.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African Consumer Protection Act and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
